Mississauga Condo Prices are seeing some balance as home prices remained mixed for the past quarter after a survey conducted by the Royal lepage Real Estate firm.
According to the findings growth for two-storey homes and detached bungalows, but a small decline in price for condominiums in the second quarter of 2013 compared to that of last year.

The results show that two-storey homes rose by 1.9 per cent to $450,000 and detached bungalows increased by 3.2 per cent to $480,000, while condo prices decreased by 2 per cent to $283,220.
