New Renderings Released for Eau Du Soleil
Here are some updated Renderings that the were released today of the Eau Du Soleil project by the Etobicoke Shores (Humber Bay Shores)

This project, is the tallest proposal currently for the area, with the taller tower now being proposed at 66 floors up 4 floors from the previous version, and reaching a height of 229 following a height increase due to better than expected sales. The project is being developed by Empire Communities. The taller tower will contain some 750 units, and is going to be the first made available for sale to the public. The sales will begin in the new year, however buyer interest appears heightened for this development due to it's ideal location with the immediate access to public transportation, the highway (Gardiner Expressway) and of course it's proximity to the lake. So again, as I have mentioned many times, don't let the condo bubble talk fool you, there is early word that this project might be sold out before it's even made one unit available to the public.
