IQ Condos in Toronto’s Etobicoke Area, goes for Extra Density
The developers of Toronto’s IQ Condos, is looking at increasing the density of the future planned phases of the project from the current 1000 units all the way up to 1819 units, in addition taller buildings in the area of 50 floors will be required.

Local counciler Peter Milczyn, thinks the project is going for too much too soon, and that there is not enough infrastructure to support that kind of development. The project is being built on lands that once use to belong to G.H Wood. Milczyn, is hoping that development can bookend both sides of the Queensway and create a pedestrian friendly neighbourhood, with cafes and art galleries.
