Parkside Village Condo Community - Mississauga The New Parkside Village Condo Community will include more than a dozen condo towers on 30 acres along the Western edge of Mississauga City Centre. Immediately to the East is the Living Arts Centre, City Hall, YMCA, Central Library, and several new condo towers that conform to good urban design standards.
Parkside Village is expected to have around 6000 condos housing 12000 people, approximately 400 people per acre. It will also include 50,000 square feet of amenity space, as well as retail space at grade.
